Snehal Fulzele, Co-Founder & CEO

Snehal is recognized as a Fintech industry leader, technologist and innovator. As co-founder & CEO of Cloud Lending Solutions, his passion is to help lending institutions maximize the value of cloud technology by digitizing the entire lending lifecycle to achieve operational efficiency, grow their borrower base, launch new lending products easily, and deliver a superior borrowing experience. He is a sought after speaker at industry conferences and panels. He believes that only those financial institutions exhibiting agility in adopting technology advancements in the area of mobility, machine learning, big data and web/cloud apps will survive and eventually grow. Although ripping out legacy technology may seem impossible today, financial services companies that choose to retain that baggage will not be able to compete against the ones who don’t. Snehal envisions a financial services industry which keeps up with technology developments, innovates continuously, and applies these benefits for an improved customer experience. He wants to realize this vision via Cloud Lending Solutions. Snehal holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. His experience with global technology companies such as Adobe and Oracle, and his passion for finance and technology, keeps him involved in the design and creation of product road map at Cloud Lending Solutions.

Darpan Saini, Co-Founder & CTO

Darpan holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He has previously worked with global technology companies such as IBM and oracle in the application development division for over 4 years. He co-founded Cloud Lending Solutions with Snehal and has been closely involved in every aspect of product strategy since the inception of the company, be it design, development, delivery and customer success. He is focused on creating business value through disruptive technologies such as cloud computing and mobility. He is a passionate programmer and has also worked as a researcher in programming languages at the Carnegie Mellon University. Darpan has been a critical team member in building an agile product line made for forward looking financial institutions incorporating the S.M.A.C (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) technologies.

Bob Murphy, Chief Revenue Officer

Bob is responsible for all revenue generation activities at Cloud Lending Solutions. He has over 30 years' professional experience in technology, more than 23 of which have been spent in the FINTech industry covering both international and US payment systems. Bob has held general management and senior executive level positions at Monitise, FIS (Metavante/Vicor), VeriFone, CyberBills and PaymentNet. He has extensive experience in developing, selling, deploying and supporting a wide variety of payment systems to financial institutions on a global basis, including: mobile banking. POS systems, bill presentment / bill payment, image-based payments, remittance processing, security products, and internet commerce. Bob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA with Honors from St. Mary's College of California.

Steve Lance, Chief Financial Officer

Steve is responsible for the finance and administration functions at Cloud Lending Solutions. Steve brings over 25 years of financial experience with technology companies, including 14 years in the SaaS/software industry. He has a proven track record of helping scale rapidly growing international SaaS companies, and building world class organizations. Prior to Cloud Lending Solutions, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer of Giga-tronics (NASDAQ: GIGA). Steve has also served in executive financial roles with SaaS/software companies Taulia Inc., SugarCRM Inc., and SumTotal Systems (formerly Docent Inc.). Earlier in his career Steve held financial management positions with the publicly traded companies ADAC Laboratories Inc., Phoenix Technologies and KLA-Tencor. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California, and holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Accounting from San Jose State University.

Ileana Falticeni, General Counsel and VP of Compliance

Ileana Falticeni is responsible for Regulatory and Compliance at Cloud Lending Solutions with focus on driving compliance, privacy and information security initiatives for Cloud Lending Solutions’ internal compliance program and in product development. Ileana is a policy, regulatory and compliance expert in financial services, leveraging over 15 years of retail and investment banking experience to help technology companies rationalize and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. Ileana was previously Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Origination and Financing Compliance for Barclay’s Bank and was a management consultant for Compliance and Regulatory transformation initiatives with TD Bank.

James Donatell, Chief Sales Officer

James leads global sales and client management for Cloud Lending and has over twenty five years of rich experience in developing successful client partnerships. His approach begins with the single goal of building win-win relationships to help clients grow their businesses. This is accomplished through his steadfast leadership of the sales organization and philosophical belief that success is the result of a needs based solution approach. His career has focused on helping financial services companies become more efficient and profitable by providing technology and process improvement solutions that resulted from deep relationships with clients, allowing him to understand challenges and present best-fit solutions. James has held senior management positions for companies like JP Morgan Chase, Gartmore Global Investments and Fidelity Investments, where he successfully led business development and client management. James graduated from Westminster College.

Mukul Mittal, EVP - Product Development

Mukul leads product development at Cloud Lending and is closely involved in product design, development and delivery. Mukul has over 20 years of experience in software product development, project management and systems implementation, and has deep understanding of financial services industry, especially equipment leasing. Mukul has held senior positions for companies like Oracle, ITC Classic Finance and Bell Controls, where he successfully assisted clients across the world define the strategic and tactical roadmap, and effectively implement solutions under tight timelines. With his vast experience, Mukul is passionate about financial services applications that enable clients to simplify their processes and improve customer experience. Mukul graduated from Osmania University, and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rajendra Badadare, Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success Engineering

Rajendra Badadare (Raj) holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, India and a degree in Project Management from UC Berkeley, USA. He has technical leadership experience of 16 years working with Oracle, USA. Prior to Oracle, Raj worked as a professor of computer engineering in India. As Co-founder and Head of Customer Success Engineering division Raj is responsible for forming a strong and reliable Customer Success Engineering team for Cloud Lending Solutions. He is responsible for customer satisfaction and to improve customer’s overall experience. He believes that a satisfied customer is worth much more than millions of dollars spent in advertising. Raj is an avid lover of the game of cricket and has been a coach of USA’s U-15 national cricket team.

William Wagner, CMO & Vice President of Marketing

William is responsible for all marketing and communications, product marketing and go-to-market strategies for partner programs. He oversees corporate communications and is in charge of the inbound marketing strategy to drive awareness and demand for Cloud Lending Solutions marketing and sales products worldwide. William comes to us with broad experience marketing and building enterprise SaaS products globally. His management experience spans multiple industries including Financial Services, Commercial Banking, eDiscovery and Knowledge Management/Predictive Collaboration. Prior to CloudLending, William was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Kaybus (now Prysm Systems). He also served in other marketing and product leadership positions at Recommind/OpenText, CaseCentral/Guidance Software, Wells Fargo Bank, and Financial Engines.

Fiona Gellatly, VP of Global Account Management

Fiona is responsible for global account management for Cloud Lending Solutions. Her responsibilities include ensuring customer success for customers using the CLS products and services including banks, alternative financial institutions and leasing companies. Fiona comes to us with a broad background in the international payments ecosystem with both sales and marketing experience. Her leadership experience includes working for a variety of companies within payments including credit, lending, merchant acquiring, card issuer processing, fraud in both brick and mortar, ecommerce and working at the two largest global third-party distribution partners of prepaid cards, Blackhawk Network and InComm. Her knowledge of the digital payments ecosystem includes serving as a director for the Mobile Ecosystem Forum, a global trade association serving the needs of the mobile industry world-wide.

Timothy F. McCarthy,

Timothy F. McCarthy has dedicated his entire career to the financial services industry and his experiences include serving as Chairman and CEO of Nikko Asset Management in Tokyo, Good Morning Securities in Seoul, CEO of Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong, President of Charles Schwab and Co., and President of the Fidelity Investment Advisor Group. McCarthy served as a Group Executive Officer at Nikko Cordial Corp. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at The Charles Schwab Corp. until 1998, where McCarthy launched its online brokerage strategy and designed its successful OneSource fund platform and was responsible for its Mutual Funds, Capital Markets and International Divisions. He was employed at Fidelity from 1987 to 1994, where he launched a multifund platform for banks and independent brokers and served as its President of Fidelity Investment Advisor Group and National Financial Institutional Services. In his early career, he worked for Merrill Lynch, New York in investment banking and technology and for Chemical Bank in corporate finance. McCarthy earned an M.B.A. Degree in 1978 from the Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.A. Degree with Majors in International Relations and Economics from the University of California, Davis in 1973.

Simon Yoo,

Simon Yoo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Green Visor Capital, an early stage venture capital. He has over 20 years of financial services industry experience, including nearly 15 years at Citigroup Global Markets, where he held increasingly senior roles in Tokyo and Hong Kong, his last being Managing Director & Co Head of Financial Institutions Group Asia Pacific. During his tenure at Citi, Simon advised on numerous landmark equity, restructuring, leveraged finance and M&A transactions, including the $20.5 billion IPO of AIA Group Ltd., the largest ever equity offering completed on the HK Stock Exchange. In total he has helped to raise $50 billion of public equity for financial institutions globally and was named the sole recipient of the Promising Young Banker Award (i.e., the Best Banker Under the Age of 40) in Japan by The Asian Banker in 2008. In addition to his experience at Citi, Simon is the former CFO of Kabbage Inc., a FinTech startup. Simon received his MBA from Cornell University and BA from Kenyon College.

Humphrey Polanen,

Humphrey Polanen is widely recognized for his experience as a banking executive, software executive, and investor. As a co-founder of the Heritage Bank of Commerce, he helped to create a new business bank in Silicon Valley from the startup phase to a successful IPO on NASDAQ. Humphrey served as VP/General Manager of two software products divisions of Sun Microsystems where he led the Internet Commerce Group and the Network Security Division. He served as board chair of Edgewave (and CEO of its predecessor company which he took public) from 2004 to 2008. Humphrey is a graduate of Harvard Law School and on the board of StartX, Stanford University‘s startup accelerator.

Louis J. Forster,

Lou is a General Partner of Green Visor Capital. Prior to joining Green Visor, Lou was Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (“Cerberus”). Based in Tokyo from 1998 until 2010, Lou built and led Cerberus’s Japan office and was the senior ranking executive in Asia. From 2010 until earlier this year, Lou facilitated Cerberus’s activities in Asia from New York, serving as Chairman of Cerberus Asia Pacific Advisors Ltd. and Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to Cerberus, Lou served in senior roles at Angelo Gordon and Co., L.P. and the LeFrak Organization, Inc. Lou began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. after graduating with his J.D. from Harvard University. He earned M.A. and B.A. degrees from the Johns Hopkins University, where he now serves as a trustee. Lou is also a board member of the Japan Society.

Harold Rosen,

In 2004, Harold Rosen founded and led IFC’s Grassroots Business Initiative, which spun off into the Grassroots Business Fund in 2008. Prior to this, Harold created and served as Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise department, a joint IFC/World Bank department established in March 2000. During his time at IFC, he also served as an Investment Officer in IFC’s Latin America and Africa Departments; IFC’s Manager for Financial Planning and Policy; a member of the task force starting IFC’s operations in the former Soviet Union; Manager in IFC’s Asia Department; and Director of IFC’s Central and Southern Europe Department. He has both funded and managed large investment portfolios, and he played a major role in starting IFC’s microfinance and SME activities, including creation and management of the Mekong and Southeast Europe Small Enterprise Facilities, two of the field-based, SME oriented technical assistance initiatives funded by the IFC and other donors and managed by IFC. Harold joined the World Bank Group in 1978 through the Young Professionals Program. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard, and Bachelors and Masters in regional science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Henry Ho,

Henry Ho has over 30 years in the international banking industry covering markets in the South East Asia (SEA) region that include Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and a stint in Saudi Arabia. His experience includes Chief Executive Officer at PT Bank Danamon TBK and PT Bank International Indonesia TBK in Indonesia; General Manager of Corporate and Investment Banking at Saudi American Bank in Saudi Arabia; Chief Country Officer at Citibank Thailand; Head of Asian Regional Multinationals at Citibank Asia Pacific Office, Singapore; and Chief Risk Officer at Citibank Malaysia. He also served as the Managing Director for Special Assets Investment for Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore from 2009 to 2010. Henry has an extensive network of business contacts in the SEA region built over the last three decades. Henry currently sits on the Board of Director of AIA Pte Ltd in Singapore; Board of Commissioner of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical TBK; and is a senior advisor to Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd of Singapore.
